Supports the sales force with customer visits, presentations and
on-site measurements
Develops and implements marketing plans including performance
requirements, market research and segment analysis, market price
position, margin analysis, product rollout
Develops marketing support materials and tactics to ensure that the
budgeted sales and profitability goals will be met
Responsible for maintaining the brand strategy for products and
increasing the brand awareness
Actively participates in and represents the company at industry
organizations (both technical and business related organizations).
Responsible for relationship management with opinion leaders in the
construction industry
Implement and align with global marketing.
Develop sales tools including presentations, literature, product data
sheets, brochures and point of sale aids. Manages product warranties
Schedules, coordinates, prepares and attends related trade shows
Ensures sufficient coordination with other Ashland Business supplying
to similar target market.
Report to China Marketing Manager in China area, and Asia Pacific Business
Development Manager in Asia Pacific ex.China area. |
Requirement
Minimum Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry or business, MBA a plus
More than 5 years experience in the Chemical industry Market and
multiinternaltional Chemical
company.
Business development and manufacturing experience are preferred
Specific experience in Product Management a plus
Multi-nternational culture experience.
Strong collaborative and communication skills with both Chinese and
English in written and
verbal.
Must be a strategic thinker
Must have engineering and financial skills |
