职位描述：

1. Lead a team of Test Engineers and Technicians in the FPCBA ICT test operation
2. Drive continuous improvement in quality, yield, cost and delivery.
3. Develop and implement ICT test solutions for new products with forever more complex circuitry in order to achieve total test coverage
4. Participate and follow through NPI projects
5.Over5 years working experience in FPCBA testing field, with strong knowledge in ICTtesting and experience in PCBA ICT testing is also acceptable
